6 Super Easy Homemade Valentines Ideas for Kids:
Valentines Idea #1 –
Short on time? Try purchasing a homemade valentines kit from a craft store.
Store bought valentine’s day cards can be so boring, but sometimes you just don’t have the time to make everything from scratch. If you don’t have time to come up with your own original idea this year, try one of the ready to build kits from your favorite craft store.
My daughter had so much fun assembling these cute animal valentines. While they weren’t 100% handmade since we bought a packaged kit from Michael’s, she still had to take the time to stick together each animal part.
Sure, we definitely cut some corners by going this route. However, she still made them each herself and had to put more effort into the valentine than just simply signing her name.

Handmade Friendship Bracelets
String and beads are never in short supply around this home. If your child likes to make bracelets or necklaces, have them make a special friendship bracelet for each kid in their classroom.
Not-So-SAHM and her daughter made these adorable Friendship Bracelets for her class. Her daughter even picked out special beads for each friend based on what their favorite colors were. How thoughtful is that!?

Glow Stick Valentines with Printable
I absolutely love glow sticks, and so do most kids I know. These Glow Stick Valentines from Honey & Lime are extra cute and super easy to make.
Valentines Idea #5 –
Chapstick Valentines with Printable
This Chapstick Valentines idea is so cute for teens. Also, it makes great gift for teachers for Christmas, the end of the year or other special occasions. My favorite part about this idea is the use of washi tape to keep the lip balm attached to the card. I always have so many different rolls of washi tape that I never know what to do with them all. This is the perfect excuse to use my new bohemian design tapes. 🙂 Get the free printable Chapstick Valentines from Paper Trail Design.
